Do creators need an account?
No. Creators open their invitation link, add their profile and platforms, and pick an available time.
What counts as an Active Client?
Any enabled client workspace in your agency account. Archived or disabled workspaces don't count, and the number of campaigns doesn't matter. Start free with 1 Active Client. Starter is CA$39.99 per month for up to 10, Growth is CA$69.99 per month for up to 30, and Enterprise covers 31+.
Can my team work together in Acrosss?
Team collaboration is included from the Growth plan. Starter is for a single user.
How does Acrosss reduce scheduling mistakes?
Client, location, timeslot and status sit together in one record, so gaps and conflicts are easier to spot before visit day.
What does multilingual coordination mean?
You can run creators from different language communities in one campaign, tagged by language and platform. Acrosss does not translate content automatically.
Does Acrosss connect to social platform APIs?
No. Platforms such as rednote, Douyin, TikTok and Instagram are listed on creator profiles for reference. Acrosss doesn't post content or pull performance data.
Can we use the records for later analysis?
Yes. Creator profiles, campaign details and visit records stay together for review. Social performance data is not imported automatically.
